After spending all day getting Tracks running on my server, I feel like a complete moron trying to get the tickler function to work. Is there an add-on or script that I need to d/l to activate it? I’m running 1.0.43.

IIRC, the tickler is not present in 1.0.43. You’d have to use the trunk version, or wait for the next stable release.

Thanks Luke. How would I go about using the trunk version?

Not for the faint of heart, or for those who can’t afford to lose data, but if you’re a bleeding edge kind of guy:

svn co—username=guest http://www.rousette.org.uk/svn/tracks-repos/trunk/tracks tracks

follow the instructions (sort of, these will be updated before the next release) in installation.html

Note also that the trunk changes weekly if not daily.

Hmm. Maybe I’ll just wait for the next release. Do you know if the tickler function will be upcoming versions?

It definitely will be in the next release. At this point, bsag and I are interested in getting that release out as soon as it’s ready (but not sooner!).
