CGI AMIN problem

Hello. I tried posting this on the Go Daddy thread but had no responses. So, thought I’d try it again fresh here….


I’m trying to get tracks running on my GoDaddy account (and have followed the directions provided on the post concerning Go Daddy as host) but keep running into a problem:

I use the CGI Admin to create a directory for tracks. Upload tracks into the directory. Next, I attempt to “Create Rails Symbolic Link” and “Click the “Show Rails Applications” link but….when I click show rails applications it does not show any applications—it remains blank, as if there’s nothing there. Also, there is no drop down menu as indicated.

I’m very newbie so probably missing some simple step. Would really appreciate some help. THANKS.
