I’m having some troubles with flash not displaying in my stats page…I get the message

You’ll need to install flash player for charts to be displayed.

Now, I know I have flash installed because youtube, CNN, the adobe flash tester app, they all work, and I’ve tested tracks on FF3, k-meleon and IE6 and get the same error.

I downloaded and re-installed Flash, still same thing.

I’m running Tracks 1.6 on track.morphexchange.com

Anyone have any thoughts as to why this might be the case?

Strange. Any errors in your logs?

I’m on tracks.morphexchange.com - I don’t think I can get to the log file sadly, unless I email them.

If you tell me the log file name and where it’s generally found, I can shoot off an email and see.

it is in /path/to/tracks/log/production.log

But if morphexchange is a hosted tracks, perhaps it is better to ask them to investigate. Is this something with their installation? But if there are errors in the log, we can look into it too

I have the same problem.

On the Stats-page I get the message “You’ll need to install flash player for charts to be displayed.”
I use Tracks on morphexchange.com, my browser is Opera and I have downloaded the most recent Flash Player.

Did you find a solution for this problem?

this message means that the flash-detect script is not working for you.

Opera is working for me though… Could be because morphexhange has not upgraded to 1.7 yet…

Flash charts in the stats page doesn’t work for me in Linux Firefox in morphexchange.com. They are not going to update Tracks to 1.7 version because they will close the application in a year.

then I’m afraid we can’t do much about it :-(
