Does a User’s manual for Tracks exist? I am not referring to the installation and upgrade manual. I would like to have a document that covers the features and use of Tracks for new users.

Not yet. The ‘installation and upgrade’ manual, as you refer to it, was intended to be a start on a complete manual. As you may know, the source is on github, so if you’d like to contribute even a small section, please feel free to do so. It’s one of the things that that users who are not able to program can do to contribute to the project!
