Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Tracks for quite a while and am loving it, but lately I am constantly running into problems where whenever I try to do anything, I get a “SUSPENDED” screen saying that my account has exceeded its CPU quota and may be hitting one or more of the following problems:

* Your site has used more than 20% of the cpu.
* Your account has too many processes running at the same time.
* Your site was consuming too many resources. This happens on occassion to very busy sites that have inefficient scripts running.

Tracks is the only web app I have running, and the non-tracks site that I have running on it gets very low traffic so I don’t know what the problem is.

I will obviously contact my web host, but has anyone else run into this with Tracks and does anyone have ideas what the problem might be?

A few questions:

* What host are you using?
* Are you using FastCGI or some sort of persistent process?
* Are you running with the rails environment set to development or production?

I run Tracks on the cheapest TextDrive plan and haven’t had any quota issues.

Cheers,
Luke

Thanks a lot for your reply.  I just figured out what the problem was:  I was getting nailed with comment spam on one post and that was chewing things up.  So the problem has nothing to with Tracks.. it’s just where I was seeing it because I live in it all day.

Thanks again!
